We have prepared this Clarification Text in order to explain to you which personal data we will process and for what purposes as Perkon Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Perkon Teknoloji”).

Your personal data obtained by us, as the data controller, in the following ways within the framework of the conditions in the legislation, within the scope of our commercial activities or within the service relationship with you; that your personal data will be protected, recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, transferred to the institutions authorized to request it by law, and transferred to third parties in the country or abroad under the conditions stipulated by the Law, in line with and in connection with the purpose requiring their processing, in a limited and measured way.

Method and Legal Reason for Data Collection

Your personal data, in order to carry out our activities, by Perkon Teknoloji through the camera recording system and Call Center Recording System and similar channels and based on the legal reasons stated above; It is collected in order to improve the services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. In this context, your personal data is subject to Article 4.2 of the KVKK. By obtaining explicit consent in the light of the principles stipulated in Article 5.2. and 6.3. It can be processed and transferred without obtaining explicit consent, in case of the existence of the situations stipulated in the articles.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Perkon Teknoloji ensures the processing of data according to the Data category detailed in the Your Processed Personal Data article of this Clarification Text. These processing operations are processed for the following purposes.

Your Personal Data of Special Quality

The information you share with us from time to time may include your sensitive personal data. Within the scope of the KVKK, your data related to your race, ethnicity, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, your dress, association, foundation or union membership, your health, sexual life, criminal conviction if any, and security measures about you, biometric and your genetic data is your special data.

As Perkon Teknoloji, we do not request any special quality personal data from our valued customers.

Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Parties in the Country

Your personal data collected; To carry out the necessary works to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company, to recommend the products and services offered by our company to you by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and the people who have a business relationship with our company, It may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons for the purposes of determining and implementing business strategies and ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

Your Rights

Within the scope of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Learning whether personal data is processed,
• Request information about personal data if it has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• To request the deletion or destruction of data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear,
• Requesting that your corrected or deleted information at your request be notified to third parties to which personal data has been transferred, if any,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demanding the removal of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In the application containing your explanations regarding the right you have as the personal data owner and you will make and request to use the above-mentioned rights; The subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request is related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, the application must contain your identity and address information, and documents confirming your identity must be attached to the application.

The applications you make within this scope will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by Perkon Technology cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.
